Members Information Nights 2010 Information nights | Member Information Nights are held regularly during each year. Topics covered include: 1. General Fitness
2. Triathlon Training Tips - providing invaluable training tips to those who would like to complete their first triathlon. It is also suitable for the more advanced triathlete. 3. Nutrition for Weight Loss – providing some great nutritional tips for those exercising for weight loss.
These sessions are free to members and non members so all members are encouraged to bring friends and family.
Tea and coffee are provided. Dates of 2010 sessions will be announced soon.
